Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Kotthambari)
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 300 g The Little Farm Co. Mango Chutney
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 100 g Chukde Chaat Masala (Whole)
Instructions
- 1. Split the English muffins into halves and set them aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup grated paneer, 1/2 cup finely chopped green capsicum, 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons sweet mango chutney, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, and 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. Mix well until evenly blended.
- 3. Spread the prepared mixture generously over the split muffin halves.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the muffins on a baking tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
- 5. Serve warm as a flavorful dinner snack or light meal. Optionally, garnish with additional coriander leaves before serving.
