- 1 kg Rice
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

- 1. Wash and cook the rice with a pinch of salt until fluffy, then set it aside to cool slightly.
- 2. Chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, garlic, and coriander into fine pieces for later use.
