  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly under running water and set aside to drain.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add sunflower oil, followed by mustard seeds until they crackle.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions, green chili, and curry leaves to the pan and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  4. 4. Stir in the Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix and turmeric powder, cooking for 30 seconds to release the aromas.
  5. 5. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.
  6. 6. Pour in water and bring it to a boil, then add the rinsed millet and stir well.
  7. 7. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the millet cook for 15 minutes until all the water is absorbed.
