Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch x 2 Coriander Leaves (Kotthambari)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
  • 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Curryit Tamarind Paste
  • 1 ltr Oreal Canola Oil (From The House Of Pansari)
  • 750 ml Catch Clear Lemon N Lime Flavoured Water
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and mince 2 cloves of garlic. Chop 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves finely and combine them to make a garlic-cilantro paste.
