- 1 Bunch x 2 Coriander Leaves (Kotthambari)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 100 g Curryit Tamarind Paste
- 1 ltr Oreal Canola Oil (From The House Of Pansari)
- 750 ml Catch Clear Lemon N Lime Flavoured Water
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel and mince 2 cloves of garlic. Chop 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves finely and combine them to make a garlic-cilantro paste.

- 4. Heat 1 tbsp of canola oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1/2 chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

- 6. Stir in 1/4 tsp tamarind paste and 1/2 cup of water. Let the curry simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
