  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 1 pc (250 ml) Klf Nirmal Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a kitchen towel, then cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add curry leaves, minced garlic, and grated ginger, and sauté until aromatic, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped onions and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add the pureed tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  6. 6. Pour in the coconut milk and water, stirring well to combine, and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
