- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the sweet potato into small cubes, then boil until tender.
- 2. Mash the boiled chickpeas and sweet potato together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- 3. Add the rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the mixture.
- 4. Finely chop the fresh coriander leaves and mix them into the dough-like mixture.
- 5. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties with your hands.
