- 500G Loose Besan
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves and onion, ensuring even pieces for blending.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt.
- 3. Add chopped spinach, onion, green chili, and ginger to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4. Gradually add water to form a thick, lump-free batter suitable for fritters.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium flame until it reaches frying temperature.
- 6. Scoop small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
- 7. Fry the fritters in batches, turning occasionally, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Remove the fritters using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 9. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up, ensuring consistent crispiness.
