Ingredients
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- 250 g Spinach
- 500G Loose Besan
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas in a mixing bowl until they form a coarse paste.
- 2. Add the chopped spinach, chickpea flour, green chilies, and grated ginger to the bowl.
- 3. Mix in the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 4. Combine all ingredients thoroughly to form a dough-like mixture.
- 5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat cutlets.
- 6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
- 7. Place the cutlets gently in the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 8. Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 9. Serve the hot cutlets with mint chutney or tomato ketchup for dipping.
