  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

  2. 2. Mix plant-based yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt into a smooth marinade.
