- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- - Tortilla Wraps

- 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
- 3. Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt to the pan, stirring well.
- 4. Toss the chicken strips into the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- 5. Dice the onion and green bell pepper into small pieces and add them to the pan.
- 6. Mix cooked basmati rice into the pan and stir until the spices coat evenly.
- 7. Warm the rice flour flatbreads on a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- 8. Spoon the chicken and rice mixture onto the flatbreads, spreading evenly.
- 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and drizzle with lemon juice.
