Ingredients
- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Breast Boneless
- 1 kg Rice
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Boil the chicken breast in lightly salted water until fully cooked, then shred it into small pieces.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, chickpea flour, and chopped onion.
- 3. Add the green chili, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture.
- 4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.
- 5. Form the mixture into small, flat fritters about the size of your palm.
- 6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
- 7. Place the fritters in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 9. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup for dipping.
