  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 20 g Chicken Stock
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then set aside.
  2. 2. Dice the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Mince the ginger and garlic finely, and chop the spring onions into small pieces.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
  6. 6. Stir in the rinsed rice and cook for 1 minute to coat the grains with the flavors.
