Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add garlic and green chili to the pan and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
  4. 4. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until soft and blended with onions.
  5. 5. Add chicken mince, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, then cook until the mince is fully done.
  6. 6. Garnish the cooked keema with fresh coriander leaves and set aside.
  7. 7. In a bowl, mix rice flour with water to form a smooth batter for pancakes.
  8. 8. Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and pour a ladleful of batter to make a thin pancake.
  9. 9. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden and set.
  10. 10. Repeat the process to make enough pancakes for two servings.
  11. 11. Plate the rice pancakes and top them with the spiced chicken keema.
