Ingredients
- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 50 g Masala Sambhar
- 100 g Oats Jumbo
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 500 g Onion
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another minute until aromatic.
- 4. Add chicken mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it turns white and no longer pink.
- 5. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, stirring to coat the chicken evenly with spices.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend into the mixture, about 5 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves, stirring well to combine. Set the keema aside.
- 8. In a separate pot, dry roast the oats for 2 minutes on medium heat to enhance their flavor.
- 9. Add water to the oats, along with a pinch of salt, and cook on low heat until the oats are creamy and cooked through.
- 10. Combine the cooked oats with the spiced chicken keema, mixing thoroughly to incorporate flavors.
- 11. Simmer the mixture for 2-3 minutes, adjusting the consistency with water if needed.
