Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 50 g Masala Sambhar
  • 100 g Oats Jumbo
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another minute until aromatic.
  4. 4. Add chicken mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it turns white and no longer pink.
  5. 5. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, stirring to coat the chicken evenly with spices.
  6. 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend into the mixture, about 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves, stirring well to combine. Set the keema aside.
  8. 8. In a separate pot, dry roast the oats for 2 minutes on medium heat to enhance their flavor.
