  • 250 g Licious Chicken Keema (Mini Pack)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 200 g Chukde Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds
  • 50 g X 3 Eastern Asafoetida Powder Combo
  • 910 g Saffola Gold Corn & Rice Bran Refined Blended Cooking Oil (1 Ltr)
  • 200 g Whole Farm Premium Black Small Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix rice flour and chickpea flour with water to form a smooth dosa batter.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced chicken keema and cook until it turns light brown and starts releasing its juices.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, green chilies, ginger powder, and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix.
  5. 5. Cook the mixture until the tomatoes soften and the keema absorbs the spices completely.
  6. 6. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and adjust seasoning with rock salt as needed.
  7. 7. Heat a flat pan and pour a ladle of dosa batter, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer.
  8. 8. Cook the dosa on medium heat until it becomes crisp and golden on one side.
