Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
  • - Rock Salt
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated ginger, minced garlic, grated turmeric, garam masala, rock salt, black pepper, and red chili powder.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice, vegetable oil, and water to the spice mixture and stir to create a thick marinade.
  4. 4. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes while the chicken marinates.
  6. 6. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  7. 7. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 180°C, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
  8. 8. Check that the chicken is cooked through and has a golden-brown crust before removing from the air fryer.
