Ingredients
- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- - Rock Salt
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated ginger, minced garlic, grated turmeric, garam masala, rock salt, black pepper, and red chili powder.
- 3. Add lemon juice, vegetable oil, and water to the spice mixture and stir to create a thick marinade.
- 4. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- 5. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes while the chicken marinates.
- 6. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
- 7. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 180°C, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
- 8. Check that the chicken is cooked through and has a golden-brown crust before removing from the air fryer.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with a side of lemon wedges.
