Ingredients

  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 70G Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Mediterranean Vegetables Chips (70g)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger for the base preparation.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
  5. 5. Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  6. 6. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they turn white, stirring frequently.
  7. 7. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
  8. 8. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes, ensuring they mix well with the chicken and spices.
