Ingredients

  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger finely, and set them aside.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the chicken breast pieces to the pan and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
  5. 5. Sprinkle cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the chicken, stirring well to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted and thoroughly mixed with the spices.
  7. 7. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan, stirring gently to combine with the chicken and spinach.
  8. 8. Pour water into the pan, cover it with a lid, and let it cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
