  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl.
  4. 4. Gradually pour water into the mixture, stirring until a thick batter is formed.
  5. 5. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the prepared batter, ensuring each piece is well covered.
  6. 6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches frying temperature.
  7. 7. Carefully drop the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, frying in small batches to avoid overcrowding.
  8. 8. Fry the pakoras for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
