  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 Kg Star Jsr L Kolam Rice1kg
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes while you prepare the chicken.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Heat cooking oil in the air fryer pan, then add the chicken pieces and cook at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the soaked rice. Cook on medium heat until tender and water is absorbed.
