  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until it turns white and starts to brown slightly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle ginger powder, fresh turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt over the chicken, stirring well to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Add frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.
  6. 6. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan, stirring gently to mix with the chicken and vegetables.
  7. 7. Pour 300 ml of water into the pan, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid.
