Ingredients

  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a pot, combine rice with 300ml water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cooked and fluffy.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix and salt.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken on medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate while keeping warm.
  6. 6. In the same skillet, add another tbsp of oil and sauté the Frozen Mixed Vegetables with ginger powder for 5-7 minutes.
