Ingredients
- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Rock Salt
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
- 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garlic paste, and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken until fully cooked and lightly browned.
- 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the frozen mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
- 5. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, add the soaked rice, and cook until the rice is tender and fluffy, about 15 minutes.
- 6. Drain the rice and mix it with the sautéed vegetables. Add ginger powder and adjust seasoning with rock salt.
- 7. Plate the rice and vegetable mixture in bowls and top with the cooked chicken pieces.
