- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 kg Rice
- - Star Anise
- - Ginger Powder
- - Nescafe Gold Blend Cap Colombia Fruity & Delicate Coffee 95g
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 250 g Mascarpone Cheese
- Pcs Aakash Rasgulla
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- - Instant Coffee Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch.
- 2. In a pot, add the rice, water, star anise, and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil.
- 3. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer the rice for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
- 4. While the rice cooks, heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 5. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, ginger powder, and chilli pepper blend.
- 6. Add the chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for about 7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 7. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
- 8. Remove the star anise from the cooked rice and fluff it with a fork.
- 9. Combine the rice with the chicken and vegetables in the skillet and mix well.
- 10. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more chilli pepper or salt as desired.
- 11. Serve the spiced chicken and rice mixture warm in bowls.
