- 1 Kg Star Jsr L Kolam Rice1kg
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Garlic Powder
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- 3. Add garlic powder, ginger powder, and fresh turmeric into the pan and sauté for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
