  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • - MASOOR DAL SPECIAL 500GM
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • loose Ginger
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly under running water and set aside to drain.
  2. 2. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
  4. 4. Once the cumin seeds start to sizzle, add finely chopped ginger and garlic, sautéing for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add chopped onion to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Stir in the turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking for 30 seconds to enhance the flavors.
