- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 500 g + 500 g Sambhojanam Singhara Flour And Kuttu Flour Combo
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare an ungreased baking sheet.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, cream 1 3/4 sticks of coconut oil and 1/2 lb of grated sharp cheese until smooth and well combined.
- 3. Add 2 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, and a pinch of garam masala to the butter-cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly to form a soft dough.
- 4. Use a cookie press or roll the dough into small bite-sized shapes of your choice.
- 5. Place the shaped dough onto the baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bites are golden and crisp.
- 7. Allow the cheese bites to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature.
