  • 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 500 g + 500 g Sambhojanam Singhara Flour And Kuttu Flour Combo
  • 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream 1 3/4 sticks of coconut oil and 1/2 lb of grated sharp cheese until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3. Add 2 cups of flour, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, and a pinch of garam masala to the butter-cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly to form a soft dough.
  4. 4. Use a cookie press or roll the dough into small bite-sized shapes of your choice.
  5. 5. Place the shaped dough onto the baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bites are golden and crisp.
