Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 ml Ghee
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets to ensure even cooking.
- 2. Dice the paneer into cubes approximately 1-inch in size for uniform texture.
- 3. Heat ghee in a large pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- 4. Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and sauté until lightly golden and tender.
- 5. Sprinkle turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt, and mix well to coat the cauliflower.
- 6. Add paneer cubes to the pan and gently fold them into the spice-coated cauliflower.
- 7. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 8. Once the paneer softens and the cauliflower is fully cooked, turn off the heat.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving warm.
