- 100 g Agapi Natural Greek Yogurt
- 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt

- 1. Boil 12 eggs until hard-boiled, then cool them in ice water and carefully remove the shells.
- 2. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and gently scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- 3. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in 1/2 cup buttermilk spice, 2 tablespoons finely diced onion, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until smooth and creamy.
- 4. Dice one egg white finely and fold it into the yolk mixture for added texture.
