  • 50 g Masala Sambhar
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Wash and cook the rice in 300 ml of water until fluffy, and set aside.
  3. 3. Finely chop the tomato, onion, green chili, garlic, and fresh coriander leaves.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  5. 5. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Add garlic, green chili, and ginger powder; sauté for 1 minute to release aromas.
  7. 7. Mix in chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala; cook until it forms a thick paste.
  8. 8. Add the soaked soy chunks to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with the spice paste.
  9. 9. Cook the soy chunks for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, to absorb the flavors.
  10. 10. Add the cooked rice to the pan and gently mix with the masala and soy chunks.
  11. 11. Sprinkle salt and adjust seasoning as needed; cook for another 2 minutes.
  12. 12. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm.
