Ingredients

  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 200 g Supreme Harvest White Sesame Seeds
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • - Rock Salt
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets; set aside on a plate.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. 3. Mince the garlic cloves finely and add them to the soy mixture.
  4. 4. Season the fish fillets with rock salt and black pepper on both sides.
  5. 5. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly grease with sesame oil.
  6. 6. Place the fish fillets on the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. 7. Brush the soy glaze generously over the fish fillets during the last minute of grilling.
  8. 8. In a saucepan, combine Star Smsteam Rice with water, cover, and bring to a boil.
  9. 9. Reduce the heat to low and let the rice simmer until fully cooked, approximately 12 minutes.
  10. 10. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and mix in toasted sesame seeds.
