- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- 100 g Supreme Harvest White Sesame Seeds
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Combine soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger in a bowl to prepare the glaze.
- 2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the glaze for 10 minutes while prepping other ingredients.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken thighs for 4 minutes per side.
- 4. Add the remaining marinade to the skillet and cook until the chicken is glazed and cooked through.
