- 20 Ltr Rice Vinegar Mizkan Suehiro Su
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 cup sherry, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce to create the marinade.
- 2. Place 1 kg chicken pieces in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- 3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- 5. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
