Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Besan

- 250g Green Chilli
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Chaat Masala
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 15 minutes to soften them.
- 2. Drain the soy chunks and squeeze out excess water thoroughly.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the soy chunks with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
- 4. Add besan to the mixture and combine well, ensuring all chunks are coated evenly.
- 5. Shape the soy mixture into small kebabs and set them aside.
- 6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on all sides.
- 7. For the chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
- 8. Serve the hot kebabs with the mint chutney on the side.
