Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Besan
  • - Spearmint Leaves | Dried & Fragrant | For Teas, Detox Water & Spice Blends | Natural & Refreshing
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 15 minutes to soften them.
  2. 2. Drain the soy chunks and squeeze out excess water thoroughly.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the soy chunks with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
  4. 4. Add besan to the mixture and combine well, ensuring all chunks are coated evenly.
  5. 5. Shape the soy mixture into small kebabs and set them aside.
  6. 6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on all sides.
  7. 7. For the chutney, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
  8. 8. Serve the hot kebabs with the mint chutney on the side.
