- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 400 g Nestle Everyday Dairy Whitener
- 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 1 pack (500 g) Popular Essentials Regular Maida Flour
- 1 pack (450 ml) Amul Moti Toned Milk | 90 Days Shelf Life
Instructions
- 1. In a stand mixer or bread maker, combine 3 1/4 cups maida flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon dairy whitener.
- 2. Add 1 cup warm milk, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 tablespoon softened butter to the dry ingredients. Mix on setting 2 for 8 minutes or use the dough setting on the bread maker.
- 3. Remove the dough from the mixer, lightly grease the mixing bowl with olive oil, shape the dough into a ball, and place it back in the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
- 4. After the dough has rested, transfer it to a lightly greased surface. Shape it into an oval and press down gently. Cut the dough into 5 even strips, then divide each strip into 3-6 pieces, depending on your desired roll size.
- 5. Shape each piece into a roll using your hands and place them on a greased baking sheet. Beat 1 egg and brush it over the top of each roll for a golden glaze.
- 6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 7. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm for the best taste.
