  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • - Rock Salt
  • 100 g Lemon
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • - Dark Soy Sauce 200Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain and pat dry the tofu, then cut into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
