- 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Mix Seeds
- - Rock Salt
- 100 g Lemon
- - Coriander Powder
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- - Dark Soy Sauce 200Ml

- 1. Drain and pat dry the tofu, then cut into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- 3. Add the minced garlic and grated fresh turmeric, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Toss in the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
