Ingredients

  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Garlic

  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 700 G Sams Garlic Chilly Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 50 g Parsley Leaves
  • 100 g Lemon
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 100 g Feta Cheese
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 200 g Table Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut firm tofu into bite-sized cubes, then toss with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden and crispy.
  3. 3. Remove the tofu and set aside, then add minced garlic, ginger, and onion to the pan.
  4. 4. Stir-fry the aromatics for 2 minutes until fragrant, then add chopped bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli.
