- 700 G Sams Garlic Chilly Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 100 g Lemon
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Feta Cheese
- 100 g Quinoa
- 200 g Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut firm tofu into bite-sized cubes, then toss with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden and crispy.
- 3. Remove the tofu and set aside, then add minced garlic, ginger, and onion to the pan.
- 4. Stir-fry the aromatics for 2 minutes until fragrant, then add chopped bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli.
- 5. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 6. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili sauce in a small bowl to create a smoky stir-fry sauce.
