- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Ginger Powder
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- - White Pepper
- 180 g Vinegar
- - Rock Salt
- - Cardamom Seed Powder 50 Gm
- - Bay Leaf
- - Chili Paste
- - Coriander Powder-200 Gm
- - EVE.CUMIN POWDER 50GM
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 50 g Cinnamon Powder

- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and marinate it with vinegar, white pepper, and rock salt for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the marinated tofu until golden and crispy, then set aside.
- 4. Add ginger powder, fresh turmeric, and preserved dried salted black beans to the same pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 5. Mix in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes until they are tender and infused with the spices.
