Ingredients
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 g Table Salt
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Fresh Tofu
- 135 g Nut Dry Fruit Mix - Tandoori Masala
- - Red Chilli
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 kg Rice
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu gently to remove excess water and cut into thick cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- 3. Coat the tofu cubes thoroughly in the marinade and set aside for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat a grill pan or tawa, drizzle some oil, and grill the tofu cubes on medium heat until smoky and golden on all sides.
- 5. Wash the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- 6. Heat oil in a saucepan, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 10 seconds.
- 7. Add the washed rice, salt, and water to the saucepan, stir gently, and bring to a boil.
- 8. Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and let the rice cook until tender and fluffy for about 15 minutes.
- 9. Once cooked, fluff the rice gently with a fork and transfer it to a serving plate.
- 10. Place the grilled tofu on top of the jeera rice and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 11. Serve hot and enjoy the smoky and aromatic flavors.
