Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, peel, and set aside.
- 2. Heat mustard oil in a pan until it begins to smoke lightly.
- 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown and fragrant.
- 4. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the mixture turns soft and pulpy.
- 6. Mix in the yogurt along with coriander, cumin, chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala.
- 7. Cook the spice mixture for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid sticking.
- 8. Add water to the pan and simmer the curry base for 5 minutes.
- 9. Gently score the boiled eggs and add them to the curry.
- 10. Simmer for another 5 minutes, ensuring the eggs absorb the flavors.
- 11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- 12. Serve hot with jeera rice or parathas for a wholesome meal.
