  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • 500 g Onion
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100G Sur Black Salt
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for skewers.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, and tandoori spices including cumin, chili, turmeric, and black salt.
