- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Cut bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes into medium-sized chunks for skewering.
- 3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, and all powdered spices with lemon juice and salt to create a marinade.
- 4. Add soy chunks and vegetables to the marinade, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- 5. Preheat a grill or tawa to medium heat while soaking wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
- 6. Thread the marinated soy chunks and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
