  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Cut bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes into medium-sized chunks for skewering.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, and all powdered spices with lemon juice and salt to create a marinade.
  4. 4. Add soy chunks and vegetables to the marinade, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill or tawa to medium heat while soaking wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.

  8. 8. Brush the skewers with a little mustard oil while grilling to enhance the smoky flavor.
  9. 9. Serve hot with mint chutney or a side of salad for added freshness.
