- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt

- 1 l Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, coriander, and green chilies, and set them aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix mutton mince with onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander, green chilies, and dry spices.
- 3. Knead the mixture for 5-7 minutes to ensure even distribution of spices and a tender texture.
- 4. Shape the mixture into long cylindrical kebabs around skewers or thin sticks.
- 5. Heat a grill pan or tandoor and lightly brush it with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Cook the kebabs on medium heat, turning occasionally, until evenly charred and cooked through (about 15 minutes).
- 7. For the chutney, blend mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- 8. Serve the hot kebabs with the chilled mint chutney on the side.
