- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- 2. In a bowl, mix mutton mince with half the ginger-garlic paste, salt, and coriander powder.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small koftas and set aside for resting.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 5. Add the remaining ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
- 6. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, and red chili powder, cooking until the oil separates.
- 7. Add water to the pan, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- 8. Carefully place the koftas into the simmering curry and cook on low heat.
- 9. Cover and let the koftas cook through, absorbing the flavors of the curry.
- 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and adjust salt to taste.
- 11. Serve hot with steamed rice or Indian bread for a satisfying dinner.
