- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 250g Green Chilli
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- 1 pc (200 g) Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 100 g Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
- 4. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and sauté until golden brown and fragrant.
- 5. Stir in the turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute to bloom the spices.
- 6. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry until the chicken is lightly browned on all sides.
- 7. Pour in the tomato puree and mix well, allowing the chicken to cook in the sauce for 5 minutes.
- 8. Add the cooked green lentils, red bell pepper, and salt. Stir to combine and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
