  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 1 pc (200 g) Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. 4. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and sauté until golden brown and fragrant.
  5. 5. Stir in the turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute to bloom the spices.
  6. 6. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and stir-fry until the chicken is lightly browned on all sides.
