  • 180 g Katlego Chicken Drumstick 2 Pcs
  • - MASOOR DAL SPECIAL 500GM
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Rinse the red lentils under cold water until the water runs clear, then set them aside.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, letting them crackle.
  4. 4. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
  5. 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil begins to separate.
  6. 6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, mixing well for 1 minute.
