- 100G Chicken Masala (100g)
- 200 g 24 Mantra Organic Puffed Rice
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 250 g Cucumber
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 30G Chili Flakes
- 50 g Cloves
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili, and coriander leaves, and set them aside.
- 2. Slice the smoked chicken breast into thin strips or small cubes for easy mixing.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a small pan briefly until it releases its aroma, then allow it to cool slightly.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice with the chopped vegetables, smoked chicken, and garlic.
- 5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and chili flakes evenly over the mixture.
- 6. Drizzle the cooled mustard oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the ingredients.
