Ingredients
- 125 g Cremini Mushroom
- 200 g Peeled Sambhar Onion By Urban Harvest
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Tomato Juice
- 1 kg Tata Plus Iron Health, Double Fortified Salt
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 50G Ottogi Mustard Powder 오뚜기 겨자분 50G
- 1 pack (20 g) Popular Essentials Mace/Javitri
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet, sauté 1 cup of sliced cremini mushrooms over medium heat until they release their moisture and are lightly browned.
- 2. Transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a crock-pot.
- 3. Add 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of mace, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 cup of herby tomato pizza and pasta sauce, and 3 cups of tomato juice to the crock-pot.
- 4. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
- 5. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 6. Once the sauce is thickened and flavors are well blended, serve over cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
