Ingredients

  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 500 g Carrot
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 200 g Mushroom Button
  • 250 g Zucchini Green
  • 100 g Celery
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown 2 1/2 lb of sliced mushrooms on all sides. Remove the mushrooms and set aside.
  2. 2. Transfer the browned mushrooms to a crock-pot.
  3. 3. Add 2 chopped celery stalks, 2 sliced carrots, 1 diced sambar onion, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and 1/2 cup of Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce to the crock-pot.
  4. 4. Season the mixture with 1 tsp Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised), 1/2 tsp Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder, and 1 tbsp Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients evenly.
  5. 5. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until the mushrooms are tender and the flavors are well combined.
  6. 6. Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy a comforting dinner.
