Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
  • 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté 1 diced onion, 1 diced green pepper, and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms until softened, about 5 minutes.
