- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté 1 diced onion, 1 diced green pepper, and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms until softened, about 5 minutes.

- 3. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a slow cooker.
